Inmates Go Green with 'Sow to Grow'

Shelby County Mayor A C Wharton is joining inmates from theShelby County Division of Corrections and over 100 volunteersSaturday to plant community gardens in Frayser and South Memphis,kicking off his green initiative 'Sow to Grow.'
