DeSoto Central High pair amass success in first year as economics students

Since the Merrill Lynch Promising Young Entrepreneur Award was established by the Mississippi Council on Economic Education in 2006, three high school students have annually been recognized for their accomplishments in entrepreneurship. When the 2009 honors were recently dished out, DeSoto Central High School in Southaven captured not one, but two of the awards.
