Fix City Finances: Transition Team Recommendations

At City Hall today Memphis Mayor A C Wharton's transition team revealed their recommendations to solve the city's financial woes. Bill Dries is the Senior Reporter for the Memphis Daily News. He told Eleanor Boudreau the next step is for the mayor to make cuts in city services.
