New Director Named to Animal Shelter

Memphis Mayor A C Wharton said no shortcuts were taken when hehired the new Memphis Animal Shelter director Matthew Pepper. Hesaid he's confident in his choice, and that the new director bringsboth operational and fiscal management experience.
