Tuesday afternoon local pastors in favor of Memphis City SchoolsSuperintendent Dr. Kriner Cash's plan for a city-wide MCS PeaceForce gathered to open discussions with Memphis Mayor A C Wharton.Mayor Wharton said it's an idea whose time has not fullyarrived.
